3. THIRD-PARTY STREAMING AND PLATFORM PROVIDERS
TRUEVANTOR may redirect users to services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram and other third-party platforms.
When accessing such an external service, the user leaves the direct area of responsibility of TRUEVANTOR.
The contractual, usage and privacy terms of the respective third-party provider apply to the use of that service.
Any agreement concerning services provided by a third party is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective third-party provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. SMART LINKS AND REDIRECTS
Release pages, in particular pages under /r/..., are intended to present different streaming or platform options for a release in a clear manner.
Selecting a platform may redirect the user to an external website or application.
The display of a service on a TRUEVANTOR smart-link page does not imply a corporate, economic or other partnership with that provider.
The trademarks, logos and identifiers of the respective platforms remain the property of their respective rights holders.
5. EXTERNAL LINKS
TRUEVANTOR may contain links to external websites.
When a link is added, reasonable care is taken to avoid linking to obviously unlawful content.
However, TRUEVANTOR has no direct control over subsequent changes to external websites.
The respective external website operator is generally responsible for its content.
TRUEVANTOR does not automatically adopt third-party content as its own merely by linking to it.
6. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Content published through TRUEVANTOR may be protected by copyright, related rights or other intellectual property rights.
This includes in particular:
music recordings
compositions
lyrics
covers and artwork
images and photographs

Rights of use granted by law, including lawful quotations and other statutory copyright exceptions, remain unaffected.
7. VANTOR ARTIST NAME, LOGOS AND IDENTIFIERS
The name VANTOR, associated logos, graphic identifiers and other elements used to identify the artist project may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests an official collaboration, approval, partnership or economic relationship.
Permitted editorial, journalistic or purely descriptive use remains unaffected.
8. RELEASE DATES AND RELEASE INFORMATION
Information concerning planned release dates, streaming availability and platforms is provided with reasonable care.
Dates and availability may change due in particular to:
decisions by a distributor
review processes of a streaming service
technical delays
changes on third-party platforms
regional restrictions
other circumstances outside TRUEVANTOR's direct control
A non-binding release date does not constitute a guarantee that a release will be available at a specific time on every external platform.
9. EMBEDDED CONTENT
TRUEVANTOR may embed or link to content from external platforms, including videos, music players and social-media content.
Where activation of such content requires consent under applicable data protection law, activation will take place in accordance with the privacy and consent mechanisms used on the website.
Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
10. PERMITTED USE
TRUEVANTOR may only be used in accordance with applicable law.
In particular, users must not attempt to:

access internal data or non-public interfaces without authorisation
manipulate technical protection measures

exploit vulnerabilities to the detriment of the website or third parties
Activities permitted by law and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the website at all times.
Temporary limitations may arise in particular as a result of:
maintenance
security updates
technical faults
failures of hosting, DNS or network services
measures taken to defend against attacks
changes to integrated third-party services
Content and functionality may be updated, expanded, relocated or discontinued unless mandatory legal or contractual obligations provide otherwise.
12. USER ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS
Non-public administrative areas, in particular the Artist or Studio area, are intended exclusively for authorised persons.
Login credentials, passwords and two-factor authentication credentials must be kept confidential.
They must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
Where unauthorised access is suspected, sessions may be terminated or access may be temporarily blocked where necessary to protect the website, its systems or stored data.
13. UPLOADS AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Where authorised users are able to upload images, cover artwork, media or other content through administrative functions, only content whose use is legally permitted may be uploaded.
In particular, users must not upload content that:
infringes third-party copyright
infringes third-party trademark rights
infringes personality or privacy rights
contains unlawful material
contains malware
is intended to circumvent technical protection measures
This provision primarily concerns protected administrative functionality and does not create a general public right to upload content.
14. CONTACT
Where a user contacts TRUEVANTOR or the operator, the data necessary to process the request may be processed.
Further details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Making contact alone does not generally create a contract.
A contract is only formed where corresponding declarations of intent are made.
15. LIABILITY
Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is governed by applicable law.
The same applies to forms of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, any liability shall be governed by the applicable statutory requirements.
These Terms do not exclude or limit mandatory statutory rights of users.
16. NO GUARANTEE FOR EXTERNAL SERVICES
TRUEVANTOR does not have complete control over the technical availability or functionality of external services.
In particular, no guarantee is given that:
a streaming service will remain permanently available
external links will remain unchanged
a third-party provider will make content available in every region
applications or embedded players provided by third parties will function without interruption
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
17. PRIVACY
Information concerning the processing of personal data, cookies, external services and data-subject rights is provided in the separate Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is a separate privacy notice and is not part of these Terms of Use.
18. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be amended for the future, in particular where:
the functionality of the website changes
new services are offered
technical processes change
legal requirements change
Amendments do not automatically apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.
Where express consent is required for future paid services, such consent will be obtained where required.
19. FUTURE SALES
If TRUEVANTOR offers its own goods or paid services in the future, including for example:
merchandise
physical recordings
downloads
tickets
memberships
subscriptions
other digital content
additional sales or contractual terms will apply.
These website Terms of Use alone do not replace any legally required information concerning prices, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights or statutory warranty rights.
20. CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
ADH – MediaHaus UG (limited liability) is currently neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, unless participation is required by law.
If a legal obligation to participate arises in the future or voluntary participation is declared, the legally required information will be updated accordingly.
21. GOVERNING LAW
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections afforded by the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
22. JURISDICTION
The statutory rules on jurisdiction apply to consumers.
Where the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, a place of jurisdiction may be agreed to the extent permitted by law.
Any mandatory statutory jurisdiction remains unaffected.
23. FINAL PROVISIONS
If an individual provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply in its place.
The validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected to the extent provided by law.
An invalid provision shall not automatically be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects its economic purpose.
24. LANGUAGE VERSIONS
These Terms of Use are made available in German and English.
The English version is provided for international accessibility.
To the extent legally permissible and unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the German version shall prevail in the event of discrepancies between the German and English versions.
