1. CONTROLLER
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with this website is:
ADH – MediaHaus UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Alte Chaussee 23
21683 Stade
Germany
Email: info@adhmediahaus.de
This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when visiting the official VANTOR website and for which purposes.
2. HOSTING AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY
The website is operated on server infrastructure hosted by IONOS.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and access data is processed. This may include in particular:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested address or resource
- HTTP method and status code
- amount of data transferred
- referrer information where transmitted by the browser
- browser and device information
- technical error and security information
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, identify technical problems and protect the systems against misuse and attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of the website.
Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant operational, troubleshooting or security purpose. Any applicable statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. The data is not used for advertising purposes beyond these purposes.
3. TLS ENCRYPTION
The website uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. This protects data transmitted between the browser and the server against unauthorised interception.
4. NECESSARY LOCAL STORAGE AND CONSENT SETTINGS
The website stores technically necessary settings in the browser where required to provide functions requested by the user.
These settings may include:
- the selected privacy or cookie preferences
- the version and time of the consent decision
- technical display and theme settings
The consent decision may be stored in the browser for a limited period. A new selection may be required after expiry or deletion of browser storage.
Where storage of or access to information on the user's device is strictly necessary, this is carried out in accordance with Section 25(2) TDDDG.
Optional statistics, marketing or external media services are loaded only where the corresponding consent has been given.
Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time with effect for the future through the privacy or cookie settings provided on the website.
5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND COMPARABLE ANALYTICS SERVICES
Google Analytics is currently not enabled on this website.
The website is technically capable of loading an analytics service only after explicit consent to the statistics category.
If an analytics service is activated in the future, this privacy policy will be supplemented with the specific provider, purposes, categories of data, retention periods and, where applicable, information regarding international data transfers.
Under the current configuration, no Google Analytics script is loaded without the required consent.
6. ADVERTISING, GOOGLE ADS AND GOOGLE ADSENSE
Google Ads and Google AdSense are currently not enabled on this website.
The website contains technical functionality allowing optional advertising or marketing services to be activated only after the corresponding consent has been given.
Google AdSense is not activated merely because publisher functionality exists in the software. Before activation, the required consent-management configuration and the applicable requirements of the advertising provider must be implemented.
Until those requirements are met and the services are activated, the website does not load the corresponding Google advertising scripts.
If such services are activated in the future, this privacy policy will be updated to describe the specific services and processing involved.
7. YOUTUBE AND EXTERNAL MEDIA
Individual content pages may technically support the embedding of external media such as YouTube videos.
An external YouTube player is loaded only where a video is actually configured on the relevant page and the required consent has been given.
Loading an external player may result in personal data, particularly IP address and device, browser and usage information, being transmitted to the relevant provider.
For YouTube, the relevant provider is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, or the responsible Google entity within the applicable corporate structure.
Further information:
Without activation and the required consent, the external player is not loaded automatically.
8. FIRST-PARTY AUDIO, COVER ART AND MEDIA FILES
Cover artwork, images and audio files may be delivered directly through this website's infrastructure.
Accessing these files generates the technical connection data required for a normal HTTP request as described in section 2.
Where content is exceptionally loaded from an external media address, a connection to the relevant external provider may occur. In that case, the privacy information of that provider also applies.
9. EXTERNAL STREAMING AND SOCIAL-MEDIA LINKS
The website may contain links to external services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, SoundCloud, Amazon Music, Instagram, TikTok or comparable platforms.
A normal link to an external provider does not by itself cause that provider's content to execute when this website is loaded.
Only when a user opens an external link does the user leave this website. Any subsequent data processing is governed by the relevant external provider.
We generally have no complete control over data processing carried out on external platforms.
10. OUTBOUND LINKS AND REDIRECT PAGES
For certain external links, the website may first display a notice or redirect page.
Technically necessary information about the intended destination may be processed for this purpose. Data is generally transmitted to the external provider only when the external website is actually opened.
11. NO PUBLIC USER ACCOUNTS
The publicly accessible VANTOR website currently does not provide general visitor accounts.
There is therefore no public fan registration, public visitor login or profile-building based on such accounts.
Internal administration and studio functions are used solely to manage the website and are not intended for the general public.
12. NO NEWSLETTER
No proprietary newsletter is currently offered through this website.
Accordingly, the website does not collect email addresses for newsletter distribution.
13. NO PUBLIC CONTACT FORM
The website currently does not provide a public contact form.
Users may contact us through the published email addresses.
If you contact us by email, the data you provide is processed to the extent necessary to handle your message.
Depending on the content of the request, the legal basis may be Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.
The data is deleted when it is no longer required to deal with the request and any necessary documentation, unless statutory retention obligations require continued storage.
14. NO WEBSITE CRM OR VISITOR PROFILING
The public website currently does not use its own CRM system to create visitor profiles and does not carry out automated individual evaluation of website visitors.
No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place through the public website.
15. RECIPIENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Personal data may be transmitted to technical service providers where necessary for hosting, infrastructure, security or a function requested by the user.
Where a service provider processes personal data as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, the required data-protection arrangements are implemented in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
This privacy policy does not make a blanket claim that a specific agreement has already been concluded for every conceivable service.
16. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area merely because this website is visited, unless corresponding external services are activated or accessed.
The voluntary use of external platforms may involve international data transfers carried out by those providers.
If the website actively integrates a service in the future that involves an international transfer, this privacy policy will be supplemented with the relevant information and safeguards.
17. RETENTION PERIODS
Personal data is generally retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose.
Data may also be retained where required by statutory retention or documentation obligations or where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Where no specific retention period is stated in this privacy policy, the retention period is determined according to these criteria.
18. LEGAL BASES
Depending on the processing activity, the relevant legal bases may include:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract or steps prior to entering into a contract
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests
Where information is stored on or accessed from a user's device, the requirements of Section 25 TDDDG are also taken into account.
19. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have in particular the following rights:
- access under Art. 15 GDPR
- rectification under Art. 16 GDPR
- erasure under Art. 17 GDPR
- restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR
- data portability under Art. 20 GDPR
- objection under Art. 21 GDPR
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
To exercise your rights, you may contact us using the contact details provided in section 1.
20. RIGHT TO OBJECT TO PROCESSING BASED ON LEGITIMATE INTERESTS
Where personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
21. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
For a company established in Lower Saxony, the competent state data protection supervisory authority may in particular be:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony
Prinzenstraße 5
30159 Hannover
Germany
Information:
Your right to contact any other competent supervisory authority under applicable law remains unaffected.
22. DATA SECURITY
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
These measures include encrypted transmission using HTTPS and technical safeguards for server and administration areas.
However, absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
23. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy may be updated where the website, the services used or applicable legal requirements change.
The version currently published on this website applies.
